Registration
How to register on WeddingFest?+
Registering on WeddingFest is simple. The profile can be created by the person intended to get married, or by his/her parents, relatives, or friends. Any person who does not have a smartphone or experience can register through our local registered Channel Partner.

Registration can be done in two ways — via the website/Android app or through a registered Channel Partner. A mandatory mobile verification is required, followed by ID verification (AADHAR, Voter ID, or PAN Card).
Why register through a Registered Channel Partner?+
All online matrimony platforms in India work only in urban areas, whereas the main target of WeddingFest is the rural area. In rural areas, many people do not have smartphones and are not familiar with online activities. The Channel Partner will do all online activities on behalf of the customer and assist them until they find a life partner.
What is the benefit of Paid Registration?+
If you register your profile as a paid member then you will pay a lower contact number fee compared to free members.
What is the customer wallet?+
Both paid and free members can keep money in their wallet for contact number view fees, so that they need not pay online every time for a contact number request.
Can I use the same mobile number for more than one profile?+
No. Mobile number is unique for every profile and cannot be used to create or update another profile. This provides enhanced security from fake users.
How soon will my profile be visible in the search list?+
Your profile will be visible after verification of your provided Photo ID (AADHAR / Voter Card / PAN Card).
Profile Creation
What do I enter in the "About Me" field?+
"About Myself" is where you can enter a description of yourself. Mention the kind of person you are. Please do not enter contact details in this space to avoid entries being rejected.
How do I add photos on the site?+
Any registered user can upload up to 4 profile photos. You can add photos at the time of registration or from the Profile section in the Mobile App. Profiles with photos generate more interest and increase your chances of getting contacted.
How do I upload Horoscope in my profile?+
Any registered user can upload up to 2 horoscope images in their profile at the time of registration or from the Profile section in the Mobile App.
Can I change the information submitted at registration?+
You can change most information in the Profile Section of the website/App. However, some details like your name and caste cannot be altered after submission.
Managing Profiles
What is a Profile ID?+
Profile ID is a unique number attached to your profile. This number will be displayed on your profile whenever it is viewed. The ID can be entered in the search option to find the profile you are looking for.
What is the Wallet and how is it maintained?+
There is no package system and no time limit for your profile activeness. Your profile is active until you find your life partner. You only pay when you want to get a connected profile's contact number. To avoid online payment every time, you can keep money in your wallet and pay from there whenever required.
I forgot my password, how can I reset it?+
Click the "Forgot your password?" button to get the password reset link sent to your registered Email ID.
Can I change my mobile number after registering?+
No, you cannot change your mobile number after registration as it is used as your unique identifier.
Communication
What is Express Interest?+
Express Interest is a free communication feature for all registered members. It lets you show your interest in another profile. The member can accept or decline. You can send unlimited interests in a day. Once both parties show interest and connect, either can place a request to view the phone number by paying the required fee.
Is there any limit to the number of Interests I can send?+
No. You can send unlimited interests to other profiles.
How do I contact a member?+
Two ways:

1. Send an interest request — if the person also likes your profile and accepts, you get connected and can then request the phone number by paying the fee.

2. At any time by directly paying the Contact Number fee.
Verification
How is a profile verified by WeddingFest?+
WeddingFest uses two types of verification:
  1. Mobile Phone and document verification (AADHAR / Voter ID / PAN)
  2. Physical Verification by assigned local Channel Partner
This dual verification is the main difference between WeddingFest and other online matrimony sites.
Why should you verify Voter ID or PAN?+
Mobile Number Verification adds the genuinity of your profile existence, but AADHAR, Voter ID, or PAN makes you more credible and trustworthy to other members.
Membership & Payment
What are the types of memberships?+
Two types of membership are available — Free and Paid. Both have unlimited time validity. Contact number view fees are lower for paid members compared to free members.
What are the payment options?+
You can pay for your subscriptions through UPI only. All payments are online only.
What is the refund policy?+
You can start enjoying all benefits of a subscription immediately after making payment; hence payment once made is not refunded under any circumstances.
Other Services
What other services do you offer?+
Apart from match-making, WeddingFest provides:
  • Confidential report on Brides and Grooms after primary discussion between them
  • Event Management for the marriage ceremony
I found my life partner. Can I use this profile for a relative?+
Congratulations! No, you cannot use the same profile for a relative. You need to create a new account for them with a new Email ID, Phone number, and Photo ID. Every profile in WeddingFest is OTP verified and photo ID matched, so it is not possible to use a single profile for two different people.
I deactivated my account. Can I reactivate it?+
